Josh has helped us through our entire homebuying journey and let me tell you, this guy is EXCELLENT!

He initially saw that my husband and I were looking to rent, and really encouraged us to buy instead. We thought we weren't ready but he hooked us up with a local mortgage lender who works with USDA loans, his name is Eric Golden. 

LET ME TELL YOU - both Josh and Eric are blessings and God sent to our family and made it possible for us to become homeowners in this crappy market... all with reasonable mortgage rates, insurance rates, and insanely amazing closing costs. It all really came together at the most perfect timing, we didn't think we could be homeowners yet... maybe further down the line, but Josh at ReMax and Eric Golden with MasonMac mortgage lenders made it happen! 

We are now in the process of closing, and sure anything could still happen, but we feel like we are in the best hands and if the rest of this process is anything like the first half then I'm sure everything will close smoothly. Josh came out and even looked at houses with us late into the evening, even having a family of his own and a newborn child to take care of. We owe Josh and Eric everything, still feel so lucky and almost in disbelief that we are going to finally be homeowners!
